You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are your responsibility. 369ph staff will never request your password, full OTP, or payment card PIN through any channel. Any communication that does so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All deposits and withdrawals on 369ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, Philippine InstaPay or PESONet transfers, and e-wallets. The specific channels available to you are displayed within your account's Deposit section.

Cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, and credit cards are not accepted as funding or withdrawal methods on 369ph.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment channel associated with your registered identity — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

369ph does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Processing times vary by payment channel and are outside 369ph's direct control once a withdrawal has been submitted.

In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.

Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. 369ph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

All slot games on 369ph use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other factor within or outside the player's control.

Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.

369ph may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer when it is made available.

General conditions that apply to all promotional offers include:

• Promotions are available to verified accounts only unless stated otherwise.
